I know that the Crests we get as quest rewards let us go above the seasonal cap. Right now I’m sitting at 105 Drake’s and 153 Whelpling’s. But what happens if I’m still sitting between 90 and 180 after the reset on Tuesday? Does the cap go by how many are in my currency tab or how many I’ve picked up via non-quest sources this week?
Trying to decide if I should upgrade some of the items I’ve picked up now or wait till closer to when my guild raids and I’ve had a chance to hit up some Mythics.
I didn’t play when Season 2 started so wasn’t entirely sure how it would be handled. I read it as “this will let you go over the cap if you’re currently at it” but had no idea if that would still be the case once a reset put me under the cap again.
