Also the runes on his skin look somewhat similar the ones on Varimathras in Antorus.

It lines up with the book datamined recently pointing to Dreadlords being the root of all the problems in the universe.
I imagine Nathrezim are about to have their history “retconned.”
I hope we get a cinematic with the Jailer.
That would be amazing if there was an unannounced CGI of him before the launch.
He actually looks threatening, too. Something about his in-game model was leaving a bit to be desired. The original silhouette of the Jailer in the launch trailer was a lot more interesting to me than what we ended up getting.
I also kind of feel like a Jailer cinematic would’ve been more interesting than the one we got of Sylvanas vs. Bolvar, which for as impressive as it was visually, I think it’s my least favorite expansion cinematic.
The sky blowing up was pretty cool, but I agree its a pretty lacking cinematic.
For me personally it’s just Sylvanas fatigue. Like I get it, you’re super smart and evil, mwhaha. Just boring at this point.

The sky was amazing, no lie there. I got the print of it from the store because it’s probably one of the coolest things I’ve seen in this game.
But it’s the third expansion cinematic featuring Sylvanas. For people who had orc fatigue after WoD, I feel that tenfold after what has felt like over a decade of Sylvanas. This needs to be the end of her story, no matter how they end it.

What runes? I thought the reason why he had those marking was because the Coven skinned him and what you fought was a skinless tortured varimathas?
CGI Jailer looks pretty dope.
Though the image floating around of his titan-esque form with long grey hair, beard… a crown etc would of looked much better.
I sstill think that leaked image is his true form if he were to get that orb back and leave the maw. But that form would be extremely powerful so the eternal ones don’t want him to get to that moment.
I hope we get a CGI cinematic with the Jailer.
Well, not runes but yeah it definitely seems like they carved purposeful markings into his flesh. I was just saying the look similiar to the Jailer’s. Perhaps someone put those markings on the Jailer as well?
