the concubines and enslaved server npc name changed to charminig patreons, temple acolyte and arden hosts.
i feel like the player characters are the bad guys now.
is this really necessary ?

You will take the name changes and like it.
Now go make a new horde char and go do something more wholesome. Like cut the heads off humans trapped in the ground. YOU can’t miss. Its like hitting a golf ball since they are buried up to their necks really.

Don’t be absurd; we don’t cut their heads off. We smoosh them with a shovel. It’s the only humanitarian choice. After all, you wouldn’t want to leave them to get eaten alive by ghouls, would you?

On a similar note, bring back enslave demon’s name.
Demons aren’t nice creatures, and neither am I as the literal most evil class.
For now. We got one paladin who went light crazy with Yrel. We still don’t know what turarlyon has done.
