I imagine he’ll be brought back some time after the last titan, after Metzens retires for good and blizzard is scrambling for ideas.
I did put an advert for his position last year. Still waiting for someone suitable.

Technically the Eternal Ones are Souls shoved into Robots so Denathrius is a particular Soul filled to bursting with Red Anima shoved into the Automa which we totaled.
The Horns might not be natural to the guy either and simply part of the programed design of the Automa.
In otherwords when Denathrius reappears as himself without the Robot he might look like a traditional Bishonen Vampire living with his own Bishonen Vampire Brethren.
I think they will keep his looks at least. Very Iconic.
