So I’ve noticed a hilarious, but inoffensive issue as of today.
Everywhere I go - Boralus, inside old raids in both AU Draenor and Pandaria, Stormwind - its snowing. EVERYWHERE. Indoors, outdoors, you name it. I’m being stalked by the most persistent Snowstorm ever from one of the Timeless Isle Blizzard Stones! 
The icon for the Stone does show on my buff bar… however it is definitely not acting like how the Stones normally work.
For example, right now I am on an alt who does not even own one of the Stones, and yet it is currently snowing for that solo toon in mythic Siege of Orgrimmar (hey, maybe a little icy chill will convince Garry to drop the shoulders for me? 
).
It persists through zoning in and out of expansions/zones, is unaffected by flying away from the ground, and is retained into raid instances. It appears to be a permanent effect with no time limit on it, which is strange, but also kind of cool (ba-dum-tiss).
Is anyone else having this ‘problem’ with very persistent wintry weather as well?
