Does anyone remember that in battlegrounds people would curse people out left and right? No, that wasn’t nice but when your losing 5 straight in a row tempers flare. Normal. Now when a “lovely individual” says “priest doesn’t even buff” after you’ve buffed 5 times and you curse him out the only answer is “I’m going to get you banned” Sad snowflake world we live in.
all my classic bg’s been like: “oh, it’s premade, just afk”
Yeah, they were premades we were against but dummy had to piss me off and complain when I told him where to go.
That’s the only part that matters, sadly enough for you. Calling people snowflakes because YOU choose to violate an agreement you made, pitiful.
If you’re going to banter with people, at least try to be funny and cheeky about it. Am I supposed to be sympathetic to people losing control of themselves and just flaming people? How does that speech being silenced negatively impact the game? It doesn’t.
Somehow if you are annoyed by people throwing tantrums like children you are a snowflake or something…
Snowflake isn’t really the word. This is the normal progression of automated systems. People will always try to utilize them for their own amusement. Honestly one of the biggest reasons I oppose automated support with actual punishment power.
I love the lil sweet tarts that tell me they are going to get me banned for telling them to go level if they are say 31 in the 3x’s bracket.
I’m gonna get banned for telling them to level…ROTFLMFAO
less QQ more pewpew
When I played my priest I just put dillholes like that on ignore and they never saw another heal from me again.
Using derogatory terms like “snowflake” only makes it worse.
I’m not sure what agreement I was violating? Losing my temper with someone purposely being a jerk? People yelling whatever to each other used to be pretty normal even though it wasn’t nice. Now it’s “I’m going to get you banned”.
Perhaps “snowflake”could be replaced with another word for a person who likes to dish it out but can’t take any abuse themselves but I couldn’t think of one at the time.
You were a dick to someone and they didn’t like it, so now you’re whining on the classic wow forums? You are the final boss of snowflakes
yea am always salty when i see warrior defending cuz they are free ninja cap
and they are the best to help kill heals . ITS OK WARRIOR DEFENDING BUT DRUID SHOULD FC . same mofo that defend will cry for me to fc.
bad is bad
I was a “dick” because they were. However the word “snowflake” has political connotations these days which were not intended. If someone throws out insults they should expect to be called on it and I don’t mean running to daddy blizzard.
yeah i mean in 2006 the internet was a lawless wasteland. ever use xbox live and play halo or call of duty before 2013? in pubg there was this magical year or so when global voice chat was enabled by default and it was proximity based so if you wanted to annoy someone you could get right next to them and blast your mic. nowadays this safe space culture has extended into video games and nobody is allowed to be stupid.
This thread is going places
I typically don’t say anything in bg chat unless it pertains to the match.
i normally don’t care if we lose as long as people are trying, the other day thou I got mad, I joined a bg and I’d say about 80% of my team was a premade. and so was the horde.
So i was like cool gonna be a fun game… and it was for about 3 minutes, we went to the BS for a big battle, grabbed BS, mine and LM so things were lookin good. Then all of a sudden the entire alliance premade team that was in my Ab (Pagel), ran back to base and let horde win. (I guess them and the horde team were swapping games)
I then got into an argument with some douche from their server that used every profanity word in the book on me so he was probably 15yrs old or something. He really got mad when I told him I’m almost rank 12 and I barely pvp. But cuz of the server I’m on it’s easy to rank up. Then the racism came out in his vulgarity as well.
why did you make this post if you didnt get banned… mic much?
