Well this is the second time I have done this quest and Big Slick in the City seems to have been boosted in speed for me when I did it.
I passed someone else doing the quest on Slick and was easily doing twice their speed.
What’s going on?

I was passing people last week and wasn’t sure why, either. This week, it seemed like the speed boosts were going even faster than before, but I didn’t encounter anyone else on my route to compare. Maybe it’s based on the snail racer reputation? I recently hit competent rep, so that could be a potential explanation.
