SMS Code Not Deliverable

Your new battle.net authenticator fails to send a SMS code to my phone number, so I cannot attach my authenticator. I receive other messages to my phone number from the authenticator alerting me that and when I change my account password. So, my phone number is active and working. But it doesn’t receive your SMS codes. Please send your SMS code to my email address instead. Thank You

No resolution, but just saying that you’re not alone and I’m having the same exact issue. I’ve even tried everything they recommend like clearing cache, restarting phone, checking for system updates, etc. Nothing is working.

Unable to add phone number to my account…

I still have not been able to receive the code. I’ve been in contact with both Blizzard and Google Fi and have not reached resolution.

I am receiving codes from other businesses, just not the Battle.net verification code.

Please report problems with the mobile authenticator in that team’s forum so they can see it:

WoW devs don’t monitor this troubleshooting area and will not be able to act on software another team is building.
