Is anyone else not receiving SMS codes on their mobile phones
Check other incoming SMS functionality just in case. Most likely it’s just having a delay issue… there are some services I have that with sometimes.
I am receiving other text messages from other vendors on my i phone with the telephone number that i have set up in my authenticator.
Then yeah I’m not sure what to tell you… in some cases where I have SMS set up, I never get the codes and I have to tell it email instead. Most of the time with other services, it’s just delayed for whatever reason.
I have asked them to send the verification code to me by email long ago and they did. But, I am having a extremely difficult time this time having them do that because they will not do it, or even reply to my requests
I know it might be obvious, but are you otherwise receiving sms ok? Some providers will send you test messages to help diagnose problems.
