I know this is the least in the priority of things they need to fix with this game but even if it something so small as a pet in game model got changed to something worse for no reason is baffling to me. I am not huge in pets but the Smoochums ghost cat had a very adorable model which was new to BFA I might add that looks just like my cat irl but after 8.1 it got changed to a horrible generic ghost cat. I did the questline and had to farm those pet charms just because I liked the model and it got changed for no reason whatsoever?

Again I understand this is silly to many since the game has way more serious core issues but I cant even like how my character looks with the horrible new armor sets and now it seems not even companion pets are safe from random changes that make no sense. Change him back to what he looked like, it was a brand new model and you got rid of it? why?

This is one of the more baffling changes.

What Iā€™m scared of is blizzard saw a lot of people spending time and charms to get this pet and decided to change the model only to sell one on the store at a later date.

And that would be perfect example of everything that is wrong with micro transactions and how it corrupts game design. Take out something people like and charge for it. Actively making the game worse.

That is one of my fears, I can see it in the future adding the original model but in the store. It would be a giant slap in the face to everyone.
