Smoldering Timewarped Ember and similar TW Quest items not dropping

For some reason my paladin (Palthars) doesn’t receive the TW end dungeon boss quest item drop from all TW events. This weeks is https://www.wowhead.com/item=133377/smoldering-timewarped-ember

No i haven’t done it for the week and no its not in my bags/bank/mail, no i don’t have a previous one in my quest log. No i haven’t completed it for the week. it just doesn’t drop.

Opened a ticket and after a few back n forth with the GM’s i was told to come here and post it here so the right people can see this and help.

You’re not alone. With the new mounts added to the TW vendors, I decided to start farming the quest items again, and it isn’t dropping for my hunter anymore.

I had this issue on a previous TW week last month too. I’m surprised there isn’t more noise about this.

Yep, same issue. One of my alts just… doesn’t get the drop, every week. Like, you I’ve checked all the criteria (quest not already completed, quest item not already in bags/bank/mail, other people in the same run received the item, etc).

Also did the same, submitted a ticket and was told by the GM to post a bug report.

My Alliance hunter is also no longer receiving them; three weeks in a row :frowning: checked all my baggies.

Same for me on my priest. Has anyone gotten their issue corrected?

I am in the process of leveling alts that aren’t level 80 through Timewalking Dungeons and also running my level 80s through a Timewalking Dungeon at least once per character most weeks. It’s almost 30 characters and only two of my characters(the same two each week) cannot loot the quest item no matter the week or timewalking expansion.

Both are boosted characters, otherwise there is no connection between the two that I can think of. That along with other non-boosted characters from other people it is really baffling that Blizzard has yet to put out an official statement on this issue. TBH, I’m only commenting on this thread in hopes it somehow pushes through so they see every post about this issue.
