Battle .net says drop chance medium, 2 hours later…
This needs some re-work, there are maybe 4 to 6 mobs that can drop it. And the chance is clearly too low.

I was shocked to get mine on the first kill. The spyglass took about a dozen kills for me though. I know that all my alts will have the worst luck. I’m burning it all on this guy.
haha, I had to camp those for like 20 spawns before I got mine. Good luck.
Damn, that’s fortunate. I think blizzard needs to release a global achievement for least lucky person in the game, since I’d win.
I’m about 1 hour into killing these things as soon as they spawn. Still no drop…
Of course, the hardest part is the slowww spawn rate.
i’ve literally killed 40 spawns and still no smithing tuyere. that is just absolutely ridiculous. They need to change that because that’s just a waste of time.
Eh. The EXP you got from grinding probably makes up for the EXP you lose when you give up.
I keep having problems getting the steamsmiths to drop it… on account of the “hey, I see you are a priest… want to heal a dungeon run” tells being so much more exciting… and because the steamsmiths are spawn camped.
There’s your problem. There isn’t 4-6 mobs that drop the item. There’s only one, the steamsmiths. Of course, there isn’t that many of them, compared to the lookout guys.
