< SMH > is a semi-hardcore raiding guild that is focused on building a roster to achieve CE. The team currently consists of a mixture of players who have gotten CE before and also those are trying to achieve it for the first time. We are currently 3/9M and are progressing quickly considering our roster was just recently formed.
We would prefer that applicants already have some mythic raiding experience, but players who feel they’re ready to dive into mythic should also apply. Below are the current needs of the guild, but feel free to apply even if your class/spec is not listed below.
Current needs:
- Balance druid (highly urgent - immediate spot)
- DK DPS
Raid Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 PM - 11 PM
What we expect from our members:
- Consistent attendance (90%+)
- Thorough understanding of your class/role and always looking to improve as a player
- Open to criticism, but this also works both ways. We would like it if you have any concerns regarding fight strategies or adjustments that you feel that need to be made during prog
- LGBTQ+ friendly
- No hate speech tolerated
What to expect from us:
- Preparation of fight strategies before prog (healing assignments, excel spreadsheets, guides, weak auras, etc.)
- Log reviews
- Adjusting said strategies based on feedback and log review
