Every time I log on since the patch on I get a batch of ‘title’ announcements.
The first one is always
“You have earned the title ‘Smelly toon-name’.”
I know I stink but I don’t need a reminder so often.

Same here, been getting it consistently since the patch for the Anniversary Event launched.

Ok, good. So, it’s NOT just me!
I’ve spent freakin hours troubleshooting, turning addons on and off, trying to find out why this keeps happening. If I do a /reload, the title announcements don’t happen, but if I logoff then logon, even the same toon, there are those pesky announcements I don’t care to see! The words I’m thinking right now would get my acount deleted.
I guess blizz is working on this…
