did you try clicking the purse, then clicking the ground?
Aren’t the purses from the mailbox just a breadcrumb quest, which is meaningless after you’ve done it on a different character? Just delete them
all good no more purses all good.
I opened a ticket for exactly the same issue, two purses that I had not interacted with that I’m unable to open. They basically said “we’re too busy to help you, fix your own problem.” Because yes, would have been nice to know whether to just delete them or not. >.< I guess that’s what I’ll be doing…
