I love when that little added flavour is put into the game. Sometimes it’s obvious, other times you might not notice it. Which ones have you come across?

Jiro in the Plain of Actualization taking tea breaks. They aren’t always hitting things with pick axes. Sometimes they stop and mimic the act of holding a saucer and drinking from a cup, though the cups aren’t seen.

Corrupt Stewards running to the Forsworn guards and squealing on you. Annoying as heck sometimes, as they remind you of that little twerp we all went to school with who was constantly crying to the teachers. Still a cool animation.

NPCs all over the Shadowlands working shifts. Not all, but many of the NPCs in Oribos, and around the Shadowlands change at different times throughout the day. I like how this makes it feel more like a living world.
What unusual or not always obvious visuals have you noticed going on?

I always enjoyed the dwarf rifle and mortar teams little play which I see after coming out of the dwarf startup area.
Also the little guy in the tram muttering about 42.
On the flip side, I got a bit annoyed listening to William and Donna every time I visited SW, so much so that I wanted to sheep them both. If only . . .

They don’t really count as not obvious but I enjoy the miscellaneous comments you get from some NPCs depending on your Covenant.

Oh yeah it’s great gong to ardenweald for a calling to HELP THEM and have some fae b word say you stink but oh you’re a necrolord so that’s normal
The Converted Praetors in Bastion make a “WTF???” hand gesture when you attack them.
Undead female unarmed combat animations. I cry every day you can only see these on a rogue using fist weapons.
I just want my racial Mortal Strike animation back.
This little generic twirl is soulless.
I miss the classic undead female eviscerate animation. The flip used to be higher and would slam down harder and faster if it was a crit. It felt very impactful but not so much now.

I just noticed those mortar and rifle team dwarves for the first time last night. I enjoyed watching them go through the whole bit.
