Slumbering Dream Fragments?

On the PTR, we would get loads of Slumbering Dream Fragments. Combining 5 would turn into a little chest that would give flightstones and whatnot. I haven’t gotten a SINGLE fragment on live.

Has anyone else gotten any? Is this a bug or were they removed on purpose?

Maybe a seasonal thing that won’t kick in til next week?
Or, it could’ve been just to make things easier on PTR for testing purposes.
