Slow Login / Character Not Found

Attempting to log in and the game (shadowlands, not classic) is stuck at retrieving the realms for a good 30-45 seconds. When logging in to my character, it states character not found on realm Mal’Ganis. Assuming servers are having some issues?

I was playing - then I could suddenly not move, but I could talk in chat. Couldn’t even log out. Reload worked, but didn’t do anything.
Alt F4 and my realms are all gone.
Waited about 3 minutes, and it came up, but now I cannot log into my character “a character with that name already exists.”

Also occurring on Proudmoore. Game froze and now unable to log in again (“Character not found”).

Same issue. Cannot log in. Realms not showing up, no characters. Then, I tried to avoid the launcher and instead use just the World of Warcraft App. When it comes to authentication, the app is reporting “account not found” and I can’t log in.

Unquestionably a problem with Activision/Blizzard.

Same issue here. Started with a disconnect logging in, then character selection would come up as a black screen and take 20-30 seconds to load, and now when I try any character I get, “Character Not Found”.

same exact thing, same exact time as 7 days ago. Be prepared to not login for the next few hours then have massive lag once we can.
