Hello everyone! I have been seeing a few people complain that they are bored with classic now that they have reached level 60 by spamming dungeons over and over…
Just slow down! there is no prize for rushing to 60…you don’t get a medal or a gold star for being the first one. Slow down and enjoy the content that is classic!
I am having so much fun taking my time with everything, I don’t care when I get to 60 because I know I will get there as long as I keep playing but rushing to the end of a game proves nothing and does nothing for you except just ruin it for yourself.
Stop complaining that classic is boring when it’s strictly a “you” problem because some of you can’t slow down to enjoy the game for what it is, retail has ruined a lot of people by forcing them to rush to the end so they get to experience the content, where as classic has tons of content all over the map.
Don’t get angry at me telling you to slow down, I am just offering some great advice if you would like to enjoy the game for what it is. anyway, that was my 2 cents. Love you all in classic! Amazing community! I hope this never dies out. #classic forever

Most people only know WoW as an end game dungeon… They were not actually around in Vanilla. They don’t know any other game. That is their game. That is the game they enjoy. It’s all they have. It’s why they rush 60… it’s why they are all gnome mages. It’s their life…

I agree with this 100 percent. I don’t understand why people are rushing to the end. We will be 60 for a long time, some things are best savored. Stuffing your face all at once is never going to be as good a time as enjoying each and every bite.

Maybe the people that are rushing enjoy rushing and want to be 60 asap because they enjoy the end game content? I can’t wait to do the blackrock dungeons and get into raids.
Trying to level as quickly and efficiently as possible (ignoring 10 man dungeon spam, I had no interest) is part of the fun for people who have done this before
It’s classic, play the game however you want and don’t worry about what other people are doing

Unfortunately we have to listen to them whine that there’s nothing to do at 60. These are the same people on retail who complain about time gating when they’d blow through the content in 5 days in 20 hour shifts.

I was triggered watching APES kill Rag/Ony with a legion of gnomes
It actually made me uncomfortable and freaked me out a little bit
Leveling is far and away my least favorite part of the game. I’d rather get it over with.
All them gnomes are compensating for something!

I will Initial D to 60 and there is literally nothing you can do about it.
While everyone is rushing to get to 60 I’m casually taking my time and immensely enjoying the game.
Currently on level 21 and have been playing since release.

We literally have until the servers get shut down to do level 60 content. There is zero need to rush.

Same. I never played Vanilla, so I don’t want to rush through things the first time around.
Who is bored? Who has complained? Not that many 60s yet. The game starts at 60 imo.
Players need to understand that Classic, other than getting new content in phases, wont have typical progress. No achievements either. To get the feel on vanilla players should remember that Wow is an mmoRPG. So for many, the Wow vanilla experience was about exploring, the stories/lore, and enjoying the adventure. With this big gameworld, rushing will only take away more options for fun.
The same goes for Real Wow. Whether you just started or played since start, taking the time to enjoy each moment adds soooo much to the experience. Read the quest text. Explore all areas including dungeons and raids and battlegrounds. Play Wow how you want but just because you outlevel a zone doesnt mean you cant have a lot of fun in it.
Good luck!

Now excuse me while I grind from 59-60 off these winterspring tigers
Everyone enjoys different things, some people like racing, let em race, no big deal zzz
It’s my 15 dollars a month and I’ll play as I choose.
There is, however, no game in between. And all things must come to an end. It’s why end game is a focus on literally every title in the gaming world. Unless you’re playing old mass effects with huge story driven narrative then you can say “getting here was fun!” but if all you’re going to do is throw fetch and kill quests and me of course I’m going to say “It’s finally done!” at the end. This is called progression.
WoW learned and knew this 15 years ago and thats why they progressed the way they did. Classics current progression will be grind to end phase 1, leave, come back during phase 2, grind, leave, come back during phase 3. It’s how they have it set up.
Will it be for everyone? No. But it will definately be the majority. And then it’s it’s all said and done all you’ll have left is nothing new
A lot of people seem to forget that WoW is a RPG in the first place, not some fast arcade to chill after a long day.
And true classic RPGs are slow, grindy, non-linear. The game doesn’t tell you what to do and where to go because it is the player who is choosing the path.
