It’s not right that this talent reduces your mount speed, move speed, swim speed and even flight speed, this was a dumb change, revert it.
You actually can’t play flag maps as this spec because you fall behind so far, I don’t know if this is a bug or intended but you HAVE TO CHANGE IT BACK.
Mounted move speed is just 20% reduced permanently as Arcane.
Is that why I have been feeling slower than everyone on my mount on my arcane mage? I was wondering what was going on.
I don’t get it? The talent says you can cast arcane missiles and evocation on the move only.
How is it making us slower?
Turn on War Mode and it’ll update.

Honestly I thought this meant my movement speed is slowed WHILE CHANNELING… not all the time.
Yeah, it’s all of it, ground mount speed is reduced by a whopping 20%
Now you’ll see it after the BG ends too when you’re in Dornogal or any other place.
The only one not being reduced is Skyriding speed.

Not sure if this is intentional or a bug, what’s the point of taking this talent…
Can’t drop it in Arena, you’ll just get kicked on Missiles all the time.
Because Blizzard fell for the meme that Arcane can’t be caught by melee when that hasn’t been true for an entire season now.
This has to be a bug. No way this would be intentional… I hope.
