sliding with style is currently bugged, apparently after googling the WQ it says there is yetis, mine aren’t showing up, but they manage to dismount me.

Getting the same error. Left the zone and came back: same issue.

Yep, same here except I can see a yeti…able to get to a certain point (between two rocks close to finish line) then get kicked off every time.

It’s booting me off at seemingly random places along the track.

I completed it first attempt today on one character, but the second character has been kicked off about six times now. I can see the yeti as I jump onto the pengling, but it is not visible for the trip down the hill. The location of getting kicked off varies from less than two seconds after starting to about two seconds prior to the finish line.

I’m having the same problem - bumped off at random points, anywhere from just after starting to just before finishing. I’m not getting hit by the (invisible) yeti, or running into snow piles. I wondered if other players were causing it, but that doesn’t seem to be the case either.

I was also wondering if I was colliding with the invisible yeti from someone else’s run. I tried looking out for others attempting the WQ at the same time, but it did not seem to line up. I also agree that I was not getting hit by my own yeti. That particular course is nearly devoid of obstacles, and not once did I slow down prior to getting kicked off.

I’m having the same problem, I can see the Yeti as soon as I mount the penguin, but then it disappears. I’m getting dismounted in several parts of the track but they are always the same 4 spots. I tried more than 20 times without success.

Same exact problem sadly. Since Patch 8.2 the Yetis are invisible on the Sliding with Style world quest.

As of today, the other Penguin quest, “Frozen Freestyle” is also bugged and not completable.

This is a huge pain for Alliance players trying to finish their Proudmoore Admiralty rep and unlock KT Humans.

Probably one of the best WQ’s for this lovely expansion and it doesn’t even work :slight_smile:

When I did it the Yetis were flickering in and out of existence. I think its a phasing issue as I’m running into Yetis ahead of me. These are Yetis from other peoples runs, that are not phased correctly it seems. The Yeti in my phase also flickers in and out of phase.

TLDR - Phased Yeti from other players runs are killing my penguin.
