Honestly I hate the go go go fast fast fast mentality.

Why can’t we all stop and smell the roses, why does everything have to be timed and rushed?

I’ll never understand their mentality.

WoD had great questing, great raids and I really liked most of the 5-mans, esp Auchidoun.

WoD casual contents were…uh picking flower in garrison. There was nothing to do.

Doing chores in a garrison might have been fun for some, but it wasn’t an RPG and it certainly wasn’t MMO. It was a single player facebook fast food gaming expansion.

The raids and dungeons were, as usual, top notch.

I miss WoD. At least in that xpac my favorite class/spec wasn’t a complete and utter joke.

During wod i would just queue for PVP and run dungeons in between.

No systems forcing me to do stuff i dont wanna do.

It was great.

WoD was good…until there was nothing to do near the middle of its release. Had that not happened it may have been one of their better xpacs.

I got attacked week 2 of SL when I stated that this xpac is trash because of the lack of content.

I think that is mainly the issue.

It’s not that the story is lackluster…and it is.
It’s not that is feels boring…and it does.
It’s not that it doesn’t feel like a “WoW World”…and it isn’t.

It’s that there’s not enough different things for people with different play styles to do.

Oh how I miss that perfection. I never understood why they remove well received and fun things but yea blizzard sees fun and fun gets removed.

The garrison in WoD was better than the entirety of SL.

WoD was freaking amazing… until you realized that LFR invalidated 100% of dungeon gear… then Blackrock Foundry gear drops were only 5-10 ilvls higher than Highmaul making it pretty stupid to want to raid BRF. eventually they decided to buff all drops by 15 ilvl which gave birth to raids completely invalidating the previous tier…

WoD… so much winning!

wasn’t an rpg and it certainly wasnt mmo

so it is kinda like now then.

I mean Shadowlands is just a Dressem up simulator that is online with pve and pvp.

But hey that is kinda what wow has been for a while now. I would say it picked up the pace in Legion though with the systems of the prepatch.

WoD at least rewarded me for logging in, whereas in Shadowlands logging in is just a giant chore lacking a proper reward system.
