Does SL DM work as a good build for PvP or farming? I know it isn’t the go to raiding spec but I am curious if it works at all.
I am referring to siphon life/ demonic mastery
not sure how good it will be end game but I am going 20 in affliction to get the drain talents and the rest in demo for soul link.
By demonic mastery I am assuming you mean Master Demonologist. If you are going that far into the Demo tree and are Pvping a lot, then why not take Soul Link? It will make you very hard to kill and is better than SL for PVP. For farming, it is hard to beat Dark Pact, but i don’t see that talent worth taking for anything but farming. If you don’t want to go for Ruin in the destro tree, then what Goldyloc is doing would be the way to go, and sounds pretty fun if you aren’t raiding much.
