SL Covenant Sanctum on minimap for DF alts and WQ gear lv70 use only

For all of my alts, I have the SL Covenant Sanctum on my minimap instead of the DF Isle Summary icon that allows you to view and change your dragon riding skills.

Also… all of the World Quest gear can’t be used unless you’re level 70. This isn’t the 398+ gear that actually is for lv70s. It’s ilvl gear that’s for your level. Ex… my lv64 pally has ilvl327 gear that can’t be used unless you’re 70 where as yesterday I could use that gear.

EDIT: I was able to equip the gear even though it says lv70. The stats however were all messed up. It was a 327 ilvl but gave less stats on equip then my SL 249 ilvl piece even though the 327 stats were more than double the 249 piece.

As a work around for making changes to your dragon riding skills, this will open up the dragon riding skills ui…

I was about to post my own topic about ilvl because my level 68 alt says my ilvl is 262 even though currently has 327 world quest gear in every slot except for neck and rings. I decided to look my alt up on the armory and it appears to “correctly” show the ilvl of my gear to actually all be sub 300 ilvl except for the aforementioned neck and rings which were from quests. this seems to make sense why everything is so dang hard to kill now that i’m almost 69. Also, i have been vendoring other quest rewards that appeared to be lesser ilvl than what i had on.

Yeah tested it out and the gear is messed up. I equipped the 327 piece. It had more than double the stats of the 249 I was wearing. When I equipped it, all of my stats dropped instead of increasing. They really screwed up this last patch.
