Unable to pull up during races. Also controls feel sluggish only in races not open world. EDIT More testing race in Zalarek Cavern was okay and normal. But first race I tried in Waking Shores was unable to complete with issues I originally mentioned.

Yeah the sluggish feeling almost feels like you are ridding drunk is the best way I have been explaining it.
