Background:
- Used the Character Boost included with TWW.
- Did not complete the Dragonflight Campaign on any characters prior.
- The character I boosted was not fresh or new.
- New “Bronze” ability got added to my hotbar; removed it. Arranged my Skyriding skills how I usually have them.
The Issue/Bug:
- Skyriding abilities keep getting rearranged.
- Sometimes the Bronze ability replaces Whirling Surge, and thus Whirling Surge outright disappears from my bars.
- Sometimes Whirling Surge is moved over 1 keybind, with the button replaced by the Bronze spell, so keeping the Skyriding abilities on the same keybinds isn’t a solution.
- Sometimes the spells are rearranged completely.
Where and when this issue happens:
- Bug occurs in any and all flying-enabled zones.
- Bug occurs regardless of character race, faction, level, or class.
- Bug occurs both with and without addons enabled.
- Bug occurs upon logging out and back in.
- Bug also occurs upon changing zones (even Hearthing to my Garrison from Shadowmoon Valley or Frostfire Ridge).
- Bug also occurs upon leveling up.
Can this be fixed, please…? It’s incredibly frustrating to have to rearrange my Skyriding bar every single instance of me changing zones, leveling up, switching characters, etc.
Also, if anybody has a solution, please let me know.
(I use Dominos for my hotbars, if anybody has a tip for that as well.)
EDIT:
This bug is still ongoing, and also seems to occur:
- When completing some objectives (ie planting Dreamseeds in the Emerald Dream).
- It also seems to occur after completing some World Quests, but I’m not sure what the trigger is here.
