Skyriding / Druid Flight Form Dynamic macro

Hi! I’m trying to create a macro that will cast Skyward Ascent (Skyriding) when I’m in either druid flight form or on a flying mount, but will cast Dash instead for any other scenario. Please help and thank you!

This one I have only works with the Skyward Ascent part, it doesnt cast Dash when I’m not in Flight Form or not on a flying mount:

#showtooltip Dash
/cast [mounted or form:3] Skyward Ascent(Skyriding); Dash

needs to be
[mounted][form:3]

Comma separated values inside a bracket are treated as and, so you need a new conditional bracket set to be treated as or.
