How do I fix the obvious barriers between the zones in the sky? I can see the triangles between each zone, where the skies connect

Not sure if I’ve heard that one before. Do you have a screenshot you can upload to imgur to link?
Make sure the drivers are updated for your video card and perhaps try defaulting the graphics settings to see if that helps?
