Please make this some thing that can be toggled. I hate the sway while others like it. Same with the chimera mounts. Please and thank you.

So glad I have so many other mounts to choose... then I can choose sway or no sway by choosing a different mount. Choice is great!

I deal with it as a kind of penance for being able to herb while flying in non-Draenor zones while not a druid.

When there's a mount that does something I don't like I use a different mount. I don't petition the developers to custom make an option just for me.

You're in luck! There are already plenty of mounts without the Sky Golem's gloriously ridiculous swooping from which you can/may choose. Isn't it lovely that we all have so many mount choices?
In other words, devs, please leave the Sky Golem alone.
Sky Golem need to be able to fight other Sky Golem and Monsters too. (it is a Giant robot like Gundam or Gigantor aka: Ironman 28 go!)
Sky Golem should keep its sway. It's part of its character.
Really don't see Blizzard spending money on changing the art style of a previous expansion mount. Just select another mount or ask Blizzard for a similar new mount without the sway. Maybe a new Engineering crafted mount for Legion. Missed not getting a Engineering mount for WoD.

It's not an art style, it's a pivot.

The sway would be fine if it was just an animation, but it's not. It actually causes the mount to swerve into obstacles with collision when you are just trying to fly a straight path. At least that goes for the Felsteel Annihilator. I don't use my Sky Golem but they are the same base model so I assume it's the same.
I also find it humorous, the people who want more options down-voting and making stupid statements like "use another mount". I have plenty of mounts, more than some posting in this thread. The fact is I like the way the sky golem looks so I use it.

Smooth Moo-ve. My wife pretty much quit playing because of CRZ. Back then dual passenger mounts would drop the passenger when ever you crossed a CRZ line. She hops on every now and then.

I had a friend fly me around on...what is the flying cat recruit-a-friend mount? when I was high on pain meds one time. The sway was so bad I nearly got sick, and I was sitting on the floor with my monitor at a relative height. We had to switch to a dragon which had a lot less camera sway.

I object to camera sway anyway; I can turn off bobbing while I run, why can't I do it for mounts?

I'm going to necro this thread cause it's still an issue. I recently purchased one from AH for BFA herbing (For once im glad I cant fly) the sway on this is EXTREME! I wish it was fixed. Why must we suffer at what a dev thought was a great idea :(

they won't change it, necro-chan. i'm convinced the sway exist to make sure players don't use it as their daily driver, but only when they plan to actively farm for herbs.
the sway is completely unnecessary and some have claimed it made them physically ill when using it. still no change.
