The place was always hard, but with the SoD buff it’s ridiculous. Even with a group the place is very chaotic.

If you don’t have a group, you’ll never get those RFC quest items until you’re level 16+. And if you’re a Warrior or Rogue, forget about it altogether.

So go kill the mobs by Fizzle. They also drop it.

No, they don’t. You’re missing quests if you think this. They drop one of them, sure.
