Hey working on some classic prep info. on my discord channel and wondering if anyone remembers what type of damage Skull of Impending Doom does? I can’t seem to find it. Can you pop a shadow protection pot and then use this item if you only wanted it for the movement speed as opposed to the CC breaking utility? Or is it a different type of damage?
I don’t think a protection pot is gonna help u. The average damage done is actually pretty high without anny form of protection.

I mean I guess I can get an absorb shield from a priest I was just looking something solo players could do.

Those numbers are a lot higher then Skull, that’s why I was curious.
Why not just click the buff off before you die?
…because if you’re trying to min/max in PvP and want to keep the sprint effect then the ideal solution is to negate the damage when you aren’t using it as a CC breaker.

It doesn’t state itself as being shadow dmg, so I’m quite certain that you’re shadow pot won’t help u.
Ice barrier on mage for example is a good one.
Yeah might just have to rely on Blood Craze and healing pots. I hadn’t even thought about negating it before until I realized you could use:
Greater Fire Protection Potion - Absorbs 1950 to 3251 fire damage. Lasts 1hr
in combination with
Goblin Sapper Charge - Explodes when triggered dealing 450 to 751 Fire damage to all enemies nearby and 375 to 626 damage to you. (cooldown 5 min)

Lol what? It’s a Fury talent. Why wouldn’t I be able to use it. It’s just an incoming self heal after eating an incoming crit and you can /sit to force an incoming crit. Preferably from a aggroing a weak mob or player pet in wpvp at 60 though as opposed to eating a player crit to get best value from the heal and extra rage.
