Yup, having the same issue.
Wanted to bring my Drakthyr Mage (Level 80) to Oribos to do some dungeon stuff, and its not giving me credit for arriving in Oribos after the skip.
I have leveled through everything back in shadowlands on a lot of characters.
For those of you that need transportation around the Shadowlands whilst this is bugged, there is a workaround to use, IF you havenāt already completed these quests.
For Alliance players, there is a quest that Genn offers called Eyes of the Wolf. Heās in Oribos, inside the doorway of the room where the NPCs normally would be standing to start you off with the covenants.
Horde have the quest as well, Call to Lordaeron and Calia offers it in Orgrimmar.
The quest takes you to help Calia in Brill to get things organized for that new faction/group theyāre forming. Anyway, accept that quest, go to Brill, do the quest line up until you get sent to Maldraxxus. Once there, donāt do anything. Stop dead in your tracks, donāt do anything but fly yourself to the nearest flightmaster and choose where you want to go. ANYWHERE, but remember to NOT choose Oribos.
I tested this earlier to see if it would show the flightmaster in Oribos. It does not. I also made the mistake of speaking to the quest NPC in Maldraxxus to complete that part of the chain. If you do NOT do that, just leave on your own recognisance and take flightpaths to wherever you need to go in Shadowlands, you should be able to go back to Calia in Brill any time and have that access.
The part of the quest chain you do not want to complete is this.
Do NOT talk to the NPC once you get to Maldraxxus. When you appear, there is a portal right next to you that will send you down to ground level, then just hop on your own mount and head to a flightmaster to get you to whatever zone you want to go to.
If you get outside of Shadowland country, just drop the quest and Lillian Voss will have it for you again in Brill.
After the update today was able to talk to chromie then do the quest stranger in a strange place but that was it
Same issue when porting into oribos unable to do any campaign quest to be able to access the maw after originally skipping the introduction

So you can apparently use the Timewalking portal right now in Dornogal to get to Maldraxxus, then use the flightpaths (donāt get stuck in Oribos), but not entirely sure if you can grab any quests at this time. Just saw people doing this so might want to experiment and see if ANYTHING can be picked up at all to progress.
Thought this may be relevant to you. Donāt know if it will help a fellow hunter get a slick new pet.
I wanted to add that I currently have this issue, as well.
I skipped the intro quest in the maw to start in Oribos and thereās no questline afterwards that leads into picking a covenant.

Farmed for about an hour and got the āTome of Bone Bindingā
Roundabout way of getting what I wanted but there it is. Not sure if I should leave
or just park the character there, I may never have a way back

Still bugged.
Had to go trough the portal for the mythic dungeons and get a flight master from there
Still bugged, took a brand new character (timerunner, still at 70) that has done nothing else to Org to talk to the NPCs. Did the maw skip, and Oribos is empty. Has there been any updates about this at all?
