I accidentally started story questline (i.e. to Bastion) on several alts, before I realize there’s a way to skip the storyline for them. Can this be overturn?

Yes, it is quite easy to switch over as long as you have already done the first chapter in your covenant campaign on one character. You can go to Fatescribe Roh-Tahl in Oribos at any time to activate Threads of Fate . Once you choose Threads of Fate, it is a final decision and there is no going back to the story campaign, so be sure you want to do so on all of them. It will mark all of the campaign quests as completed, but you will still have access to side quests as well as world quests.
I think I see why now. I completed the story, but I didn’t complete the first chapter of Covenant Campaign. Oh well let me try this again after I do that. Thanks for your info!
