I’ve recently restarted WoW and played one character to 56 in Shadowlands. I’m not too interested in this however and am more interested in playing some of my many alts. My question is that after previously bringing many characters through Legion, I’m not particularly interested in do the Broken Shores invasion introduction yet again. I recall reading somewhere there is a way to skip that part, but I have no idea where I found it. Does this topic ring any bells?
Recruiter Lee (A) or Holgar Stormaxe (H) should have a dialog option along the lines of “I’ve seen this before” to skip the intro.
Some googling shows that it was a bit buggy with the prepatch. I don’t know if it’s fixed. If they don’t have the option immediately, try doing the preparation quest (but stop when you get the option for the scenario) and check the NPC for the dialog option again.

Must still be buggy, no option to bypass the start. My character is ready to board the boat to the broken shore. I’ve made a note of the npc so will try again with the next character I take there. Thanks
For horde you have to join the scenario and then abandon it to get the option. A little more convoluted than the alliance but the horde gets the ring and the buffs to start.
I’ve never had to join the scenario, just progress up to the point that I take the quest to do the scenario, then instead of queuing for the scenario, I immediately exit the dialogue, turn around and talk to the NPC near the gates of Org mentioned above to skip it.
