I made plenty of waffles for all 12 of us 
I use TW weeks to catch alts up level/gear wise so i assume many others do too. As such i tend to hit all the bosses. At level 66/67 im getting gear thats 160% upgrades lol
That’s why I specified at-level, meaning the level of the instance. Anyone legacy farming/overleveling it won’t have any problem making it by, but someone (like a leveling group) who has to worry about aggro range will.
Side note, maybe word could be spread about Oakheart being skippable for TW groups 
Would save even more time than just skipping Dresaron!

It’s been like that since legion.
You pretty much only had to kill him in m+.
The bramble should only be there prior to oken bring killed.
Now as far as the topic goes. Sounds like a credit bug. You should get completion of the dungeon even if you skip.

You can actually skip both the tree boss and the dragon boss in DHT and I’m pretty sure it still counts towards completion as normal.
To skip tree- just dont kill all of the lurkers, or if you do don’t pull tree.
To skip dragon, just go right after tree, instead of left.
Both have been possible since Legion.
Did it yesterday, DH tank killed first boss and then told us all the mount up and run to the last boss.
We stopped right before the last boss and AoEd down any trash that followed and then killed the boss.
Got rewarded for completing the dungeon even though we only killed 2 bosses and it counted towards my 5/5 TW quest.
Requeued with the tank and got carried through the rest of my quest.
