For a game FILLED with so many different tents, and creatures sewn together, and so so so SO many other things seemingly able to do it… why can’t we as players skin humanoids? Seems like such a waste of a kill to just let it sit there and rot without doing anything with the skin and bones of a gnoll or ogre. Hell even worgen, pandaren and even humans!

Ive always believed that certain races should have the option to skin humanoids.
Make all races skinnable, but let only a select few access to being able to skin humanoids.
Core:
Humans
Worgens
Night Elves
Taurens
Trolls
Forsaken
Allied:
KT
Z.trolls
Dark Iron
Vulpera (soon)
We use to be able to skin worgen before they became a playable race. Leveling skinning in Darkshire was the best.

Worgen were skinnable in Vanilla. In fact, you can go skin Worgen to your heart’s content in Classic!

yeah I guess it just doesn’t fit in with the “players are meant to be proper” despite the fact that we have killed for less in many quests… If anything orcs would be likely to make tents from human skins.

Worgen and murlocs should be skinnable in classic and retail for leather and murloc related items

Just gonna say that skinning humanoids is a 12.5 on the Wrong-O-Meter.
If you can skin pigs you should be able to skin humans and especially orcs.

Well they don’t skin things they just eat them.

Lore wise it would make since to skin some of them. I would want a tauren blanket. Gameplay wise it would just be broken. Cloth and leather from the same place…
