Can we stop getting this buff on dragonhawks that are practically in orbit around Azeroth?

Or on things that arent skinnable. I had the marker on one of those little elemental tree guys. And there are some quest mobs that it also shouldnt appear on because you cant kill them as they dont actually die, they become passive at a certain point. Ive seen it happen with a couple Lynx and the flying mana guys.
