Deftness does absolutely nothing at all.
Perception doesn’t proc. You skin a thousands creatures and it doesn’t proc once. I did see it proc a few times the other day but for the last thousand creatures or so, zero procs.
Wasted 300 artisans mettle on a deftness knife. Doesnt do anything. Spent another 300 mettle on a perception knife. It procced 3-4 times total over the course of thouands of beasts.
Only finesse works. Everything else is completely broke.
EDIT
So i ended up reloading because i was stuck in combat and immediately my perception started proccing. I went like hundreds of skins with nothing and then multiple perception procs in a couple minutes after a reload.
