Skill Trainers always shows "unavailable" skills?

Not sure if it’s a bug or something else but any trainer I interact with will always show “unavailable” skills. If I uncheck the box, close the conversation with the trainer, and open it back up, the “unavailable” skills will be selected again.

This is on all characters regardless of faction
This is with and without any addons installed

Same for me, thought it could be an addon but must be a bug.

I thought I was losing my mind for past few days.
Yeah shows up for me too.

OMG! Thought this was just me. Just started playing again so wasn’t sure when this started. Is this a recent change/bug?
