On a 694 ret and not able to get him below 60% (even when using the strength tonic). I had no issues at all doing this on a fury war, so I’m guessing I’m just not hitting him enough times on the pally to grab enough balls.
So, what’s the trick here, other than git gud?
Don’t hold cds for later damage buffs, you’re gonna get them back anyway on a ret paladin. Just full send everything and keep running into balls. If you’re bad at doing dps as a ret pala then you’ll need paladin specific tips rather than brawler’s guild ones.
Push buttons to generate balls. Get balls. Never ever should the buff drop off you.
I watched a 720+ 3kIO ele shammy (burst out the wazoo) just try and turret him down and died to damage before enrage even happened. You aren’t him. Even as geared as he was he had to do mechanics thus you have to do mechanics even more. The mechanic is literally hit meatball to drop orbs, you get orbs and you do not stop until meatball (or you) are dead.
You’re just running around grabbing the arcane balls making sure to avoid dropping stacks
What is meatball?
Eat the balls without losing those, eat enough balls to become Super Saiyan and delete him.
