I’m wondering if this was a dream or something, but I vaguely recall hearing that the crew from the Port of Zem’lan had joined the Horde a bit ago. I can’t find it anywhere, though. I’m curious cause I think it sounds cool.

It’s probably just referencing the cursed pirates from Vol’dun that now wander Orgrimmar and interact with the Trading Post alongside other groups.

gamon shows up with hero of org title. his history is with pirates and rogues since the start. always a traitor but now they call him a hero once he won. a million ganks in the inn was not enough. history is written by the victors.
So yeah I guess the idea behind them showing up in Orgrimmar is that they did join the Horde courtesy of the Vol’dunai
Fun fact is that if you follow them after their little Trading Post interaction is over, they enter the Pathfinder’s Den and casually jump into the portal leading to Dazar’alor lol

Very cool.
I rp my undead hunter as an ( ex ) Zem’lan pirate so seeing these guys show up in Orgrimmar got me super excited.
I love the Trading Post for bringing back forgotten characters and revisit loose plot threads like this one. Mankrik and Mahka finally becoming a thing made me very happy as well.

I saw this crew of skeletons at the trading post. They were talking to the female seller and they were trying to fit something large in a crate. The woman asked if it was the size of an alpaca and they said sure or something like that. Then they left shortly after that and walked to the portals and all disappeared through the Zandalar portal. I went through the portal hoping i would see them but they weren’t there.
I still think it’d be cool if the next faction war featured a fleet of skeletal Zandalari privateers terrorizing the Alliance.
They should give the Horde this as a customization option for Zandalari. And the Alliance can get the ghost Elves that live in Azsuna and Blackrook hold as a customization option for Night Elves.
Lorewise they can be those Zandalari skeleton sailors in Vol’dun and they’d act as a privateer force for the Horde. Maybe any Zandalari Skeletons from the other two zones could also join to boost the numbers after they free from whatever raised them.
Kurtalos and Prince Farondis ask to join the Alliance after reconnecting with their living brethren and figure they may as well join if their sprits aren’t going anywhere.
