Six players are now running (I’ve seen up to 8) in Stormwind on my server. Is there a reason we’re letting this run rampant? Or do we just continue to let the integrity of this game diminish? I’ve been reporting them on and off for over a year now, they all follow the exact same guide that gives a house advantage, there’s even been drama from players being scammed so this is becoming a repeating pattern.
I’m tired of seeing the /emote spam. Most of them literally sit there nearly 24/7.
If Blizzard is OK with gambling, then just put it in the game and eat the M rating because this is pathetic and degenerate behavior in a game with an already shambled economy.

Diminish? Private gambling has always been allowed so its not possible for anything to he diminished because it has always been there.
And Blizz tolerates gambling with very specific rules. They do not facilitate or support it

they are not breaking ToS and by now they are a part of the server. the bank area wouldnt be the same without them

Hard pill to swallow: It actually doesn’t hurt the integrity of the game in any way shape or form. Casinos have been part of gaming for decades, perhaps even centuries, that offers a means of adult entertainment. Keyword, “adult”.
Yes, I understand this game is rated “T”. But that is coming from Blizzard’s game philosophy, not the players.

I wouldn’t mind if they created a place for them that isn’t on the street right next to the auction house in Stormwind. Like an actual little casino building or something. Could be fun.
But there is casino every Tuesday , its called weekly salt…I mean vault

scamming is against the rules. advertising your casino is against the rules. but just gambling is not against the rules.
if OP has been reporting the same people for a year and no action has been taken, it seems likely that blizz determined they’re not scamming.

Thank goodness the second account advertising the account doing the gambling, isn’t actually just the person running the casino. Lol.
It’s a shame that we simply didn’t actually get a casino in the Undermine patch. beating Gallywix should have unlocked the casino as part of the zone, where you could go, buy drinks, eat fancy food, and play fun little games, like a big giant better version of the DMF. Would have been amazing.
