Quest: Special Assignment: Storm’s a brewin
Problem: Objective will not change from “Talk to suzie to await the storm” no matter how many times I enter/reenter. My husband is also having the same issue so its not just on my end.
I’ve gotten the GM typically copy paste advice of Delete addons, delete cache, relog, reload, wait ten minutes and try again. No results.
Ive done every single thing outside of the storm and have the quest unlocked and can even enter the storm, she just doesnt tell me waht to do.
Extra: I have also completed the quest using the pummler and the nuke without issue, suzie just wont let me go.
love that after following the gms bad directions i have to mess with my addons/ui and get more frustrated while the problem still doesnt get solved.
Brilliant plan: Hire, and dont fire, almost your entire QA team for profits at the top.
Love that an AI GM response told me to look at the new patch page for an answer…While theres no answers there, or even updates there for quite a while now, the last featured news was 12/20/24…So thank you GM for another new and exciting useless suggestion.

Same issue here. Didn’t even try contacting blizz bc of course they’d be useless.
Same for me. I knew I should have logged off when they announced this recycled BFA trash for a patch. Half of the terrain is also bugged with weird clipping on walls/ground effects and it’s really just an invisible wall.
This whole xpac has been a huge L for me.
I contacted them because most folks I was talking to ingame/discord seemed to be having no issues.
The expac started strong for me, ngl, liked it better than DF!
However, since the campaign finished up in the first patch its just been a downhill slide and regurgitation of old rehashed content.
I literally just log in to do the weekly to upgrade my ring so I can most likely raid log next tier. having some hope for underminded though, at least some of the mogs look cool
I’m having the same problem. I can’t turn in the World Quest. It just says that it failed once I hit 100%
I’m seeing people mention this happen a lot more than what I’m seeing happen to me personally. Still sucks though!
I cannot even get suzie to change the quest objective to show me the bar to fill up.

That’s what happens when you fire all of your QA and then use the playerbase as beta testers.

I logged in today and the quest autocompleted itself. They must have fixed this.
Same for me. Been back trying every day and still broken. Can complete fine on other toons. Still not fixed and no auto complete today 
How can I get this reward? I’m facing the same issue.
Same for me. I tried relogging several times and nothing happens.
There are only 12 hours left and it took me a lot of work to finish the Quest.
However, I have not been able to finish the mission, it is stuck at 100%, already tried:
- Log out and log in on Mermaid Island and the normal instance without addons
- Log in and play with an Alt for a while
- Delete the cache folder, restart the computer
- Finish all missions on the map in both phases
I tried everythig suggested here and still bugged
clearly just a bug they dont intend on acknowledging.
My friend and i are having the same problem as OP. Been like this for over a month but never contacted blizzard till recently. Got the same Copy Pasta about deleting the cache and told them it didnt work.
