Siren Isle tabards not being learned, do not delete

Purchasing the new tabards, such as the Gundargaz tabard, does not add them to the collection, even after “using” them. They can be directly equipped, but the appearance is not learned.

WARNING: If you try the “delete-to-learn” method, the item just disappears and is not learned. Item Restoration is not working for me at the moment, so I cannot confirm whether or not you can recover them.

It seems I’ve had this also happen with the Ensembles. I bought one of them for 3000 iron, while it said I learnt in it the chat box, it’s not showing up on any of my characters’ collections.
