How do you think going to Siren Isle will incorporate into the War Within story? What new lore will be added to the overall story of the game.
They showed Azeroth has kidney stones, Beladar being the big one, but they showed tiny ones floating around. Going to an old Azerite mine, they showed a shiny rock that looked like a kidney stone.

After failing to find shoes amongst the Nerubians and failing to steal them from Alleria or Khadgar, Xal’atath is hoping to find some shoes amongst the Naga, unaware of the simple reason why she won’t find any shoes among the Naga.

We should get playable Naga out of this.
Siren Isle and War Within Story
My guess is that that the main Mythic Raid’s final boss will be Xal’atath and the Sirens will be what we fight while questing and doing weeklies.
She’s an ancient entity that probably never had feet before possessing that elf body. Don’t blame her for not understanding the concept of shoes and where to find them
