So for anyone who doesn’t know this rare, Sire Ladinas is a rare Ash Ghoul in Revendreth who drops a toy that sets your shoulders on fire!

To spawn him you have grab and toss Remant of Light at nearby enemies until one yells out “The Light… buuurns!” then he hops around for about 30sec before you can fight him.
Sounds easy enough but it can take anywhere from 15m to 45m to spawn him, or 30m on average.
After all that the toy is maybe a 5% drop, although I’ve been doing it 3 times a day for 2 weeks now with no relief in sight.
I actually had another player whisper me and tell me it was “the worst” part of their daily WoW grind when he saw me in the area clicking shards.
It is completely RNG and you have zero indicators if there is some kind of hidden CD on spawning or how close you are to getting him to spawn.

Usually I’m the kind of player that collects every toy, pet and mount in a zone, but all of this new convoluted stuff just makes me roll my eyes and move on.
- Can’t kill X rare unless Y daily is up
- Can’t loot X item unless you’re Y covenant
- Can’t loot X chest unless you run around and click on a bunch of things
- It’s not a 1 hour spawn timer, it’s up to 4 hours and isn’t up every day
Constant crap like this just makes me roll my eyes and skip it, i don’t know if I’m alone in this though, maybe the rest of you love all of these extra little barriers, maybe it’s fun for you and I’m just jaded? I honestly don’t know lol

RENECRO! This is the most horrendous thing I’ve ever attempted. 2 HOURS for one spawn, with a friend helping after I was about to quit an hour in solo. Please make fun stuff not INSANELY not fun to get? It’s a game.
