Where do I first interact with Sinrunner Blanchy to give her the oats?

No idea. She’s standing in westfall where she always has. There’s even a quest to feed her!

I got all the stuff I need to get her as a mount, 8 bags of oats, a comb, four horseshoes and need a bucket of water. I saw a link that claimed she was at the base of the elevator at Darkhaven near a small waterfall but can’t even find a small waterfall near there. Where in Westfall is she?

What is Darkhaven? Do you mean Darkshire? 
Or maybe you mean Undercity? That’s the only place I know of that has elevators in Classic.

There’s an elevator in thousand needles too.
Darkhaven is in Revendreth on the Shadowlands expansion and there is an elevator at Darkhaven. Sorry about not being a classic and trolling is for ignorant kids with nothing better to do. There are players in classic that know the game and have answers and was hoping to get one from a player that knows the Sinrunner Blanchy 6-day quest.
