Sinrunner Blanchy Missing from my Mounts

I don’t know how to solve this issue- I collected all the items for Sinrunner Blanchy mount, spent the 6 days logging in every day and waiting for her to appear and giving her the items each day, actually GOT her!
And now it’s not in my mounts list. It says I have not collected.
I have contacted support, waited 4 days and contacted again, and they do not respond.
Aside from wasting ANOTHER 6 days, am I missing something?? Is this not a permanent mount?

One step you didn’t mention: did you learn the mount from the item that the quest provides?

Doing the 6-day Blanchy Dance doesn’t teach you the mount directly. It puts that item into your bags and you have to use the item to learn the mount.

Thanks- yeah I had done that. Even ran around on it that night to show off to my family.

Thanks- yes, I had done that, failed to mention it. I had mounted and done a little running around to show off to my family that night.

I just recollected all the items and sat there again, and it had me give the apples- the last step.
All I can think is, the last step, unlike all the other steps, I had done on a LFG group so maybe once I switched back to my own realm it removed it.

Well, it sounds like it should have worked. Maybe the group thing was the difference.
