Sinister Calling Achievement bugged

This achievement is not completing for me, but I have both items on the same character.
I’ve already had this verified by a GM – Ticket Number: US101969566
There are pictures with my ticket submission.

For the ‘Sinister Calling’ achievement, the pet has been obtained and is checked off (green) on the achievement list. I’m reaching out in regards to the Hallowed Helm not being recognized as obtained (still grey).

I obtained both of these items on my character, Zareina, this year. The additional screenshots show when I looted the Hallowed Helm from the Loot-Filled Pumpkin off the Headless Horseman as well as show my character wearing it. However, the achievement did not complete and the Hallowed Helm is still grey (unchecked) in the achievement screen, unacknowledged that I have obtained and completed this achievement. The screenshots I provided with my ticket are highlighted where the drop clearly says ‘You haven’t learned this appearance’ and in the next screenshot, I’m wearing it and the achievement is not active.

Has anyone else had this happen?

I was just talking to someone in one of my guilds about this earlier today. They were dealing with the same thing. They had the Hallowed Helm, but the achieve wasn’t completing

Thanks for adding your experience! I really just want the achievement… especially since it was already verified confirmed by a GM. Hope your guildmate gets it sorted out too!
