Anyone on Singtel experiencing high latency since last night after 9.30pm? World MS hovering around 2-3K ping on average. Tried at home with Singtel connection and at work with Singtel as well, both yield same results.

Is the problem on the server side or isp side? Experiencing packet loss at the telstraglobal nodes from the WinMTR report above.
I’m having the same issue - and it’s for both Classic and Retail. Also Singtel. Also getting packet drops when it hits telstraglobal nodes. Still not fixed at this point in time.
Guess its not just me, home n world. Last night was 4k/6k, this morning 2k each >_>
Great way for us to end the year zzzzzz

Its similar to the above threads on the problem which happen months back.
Using VPN may help to solve the routing issue and reduce ping.
The issue back in Feb 2019 was due to a routing problem, but currently most of the winmtr logs posted here show consistent packet loss at the telstralglobal nodes.
Can any blues advise on this?
Tried playing on the US realms, there is no ping issue on it. Its just the oceanic realms…
Hi, i am also under singtel, usually is 120ms now, 200+ms now. i also have lag since last month during the night. this is thread i posted (Lag 400ms to 12k ms every night(9.15pm to 12am GM +8) coonecting to OCE server from singapore - #20 by Matamune-khazgoroth ) last month still get lag during night until now, i cant reply my own post.

@Matamune , is this your current winmtr log?
yeah. yesterday was 120ms. i got lag during night. i did ask singtel last month say there nothing they can do. LOL
From the logs, it would appear it’s less of an ISP problem since it’s clearly that players routed through Telstra is getting the short end of the straw here now.
Not too sure about that. I had a lot of lag loading up some non-Blizzard sites last night with Singtel too (literally took 20 minutes to load up some pages fully).
guess use vpn for now , @ranextra what vpn you using now?

Thanks for your reports, everyone! We are aware of some issues with connections in Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Australia/New Zealand. We’ve noticed the telstra node issues for some time now and I’ll add this over for tracking!
There was an undersea cable cut several months ago, that from my knowledge has not been fully resolved yet. Here’s an external post about the cable cut . It lists Singtel and Telstra mentioned here that have been impacted.
While it’s not supported, an alternative connection or VPN are a few options in the mean time. It’s recommended to communicate with the ISP if these options do help.
